退換貨政策Refund & Return Policy

七天猶豫期7-day cooling-off period
依《消費者保護法》規定，透過網路購買之商品，你可以在收到商品後 7 天內（含例假日）解除契約、退回商品並取得全額退款，無需說明理由。猶豫期為審閱期而非試用期 — 基於食品衛生與安全，退回的商品須為未開封、可再販售之狀態；商品本身有瑕疵者不在此限。 Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, products purchased online may be returned within 7 days of receipt (including holidays) for a full refund, no reason needed. The cooling-off period is for inspection, not trial — for food-safety reasons returned items must be unopened and resalable; defective items are always covered regardless.
瑕疵或錯誤出貨Defects or wrong items
若收到的商品有品質瑕疵（如罐身受損、內容物異常）或與訂單不符，請於收到後盡快來信並附上照片，我們會優先為你補寄或退款，運費由我們負擔。 If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us with photos as soon as possible. We'll prioritise a replacement or refund, and we cover the shipping.

退款方式How refunds are issued
退款將透過原付款方式（綠界 ECPay）退回，電子發票將同步作廢或開立折讓。實際入帳時間依發卡銀行作業為準。因商品瑕疵或出貨錯誤之退換貨，運費由我們負擔；其他情形之退貨運費由訂購人負擔。 Refunds are returned via your original payment method (ECPay); the e-invoice is voided or an allowance issued accordingly. Time to appear depends on your bank. For returns due to defect or our error we cover shipping; for other returns, return shipping is borne by the customer.

我們蒐集的資料Data we collect
- 訂購時提供的資料：姓名、Email、手機號碼、收件地址、發票資訊（載具、愛心碼或統編）。Order data you provide: name, email, mobile number, delivery address and invoice details (carrier, love code or tax ID).
- 自動蒐集的資料：瀏覽器類型、裝置資訊等匿名統計資料。Automatically collected data: browser type, device information and anonymised usage statistics.
如何使用你的資料How we use your data
- 處理訂單、安排配送、開立電子發票與寄送訂單通知。To process orders, arrange delivery, issue e-invoices and send order notifications.
- 回覆你的詢問與提供客戶服務。To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
資料分享Data sharing
付款由綠界科技（ECPay）處理 — 你的信用卡資料由綠界直接收取，不會經過或儲存於本站。配送資料提供給配合之物流商（黑貓宅急便）以完成出貨。發票資訊依法傳送至財政部電子發票整合服務平台。我們不會將你的資料販售給任何第三方。 Payments are processed by ECPay — your card details go directly to ECPay and never touch or get stored on this site. Delivery details are shared with our logistics partner (T-Cat) to fulfil your order. Invoice data is transmitted to the Ministry of Finance e-invoice platform as required by law. We never sell your data to third parties.
你的權利Your rights
依《個人資料保護法》，你有權查詢、閱覽、補充、更正、停止蒐集處理利用或刪除你的個人資料。如需行使權利，請來信 Under the PDPA you may review, supplement, correct, request we stop processing, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email antoine.sylvestre@kiara-drink.com。.

訂單與付款Orders & payment
商品價格以結帳當下顯示為準（含稅）。付款透過綠界 ECPay 完成；訂單於付款成功後成立，並以 Email 通知。我們保留因庫存或不可抗力取消訂單並全額退款的權利。 Prices are as shown at checkout (tax included). Payment is completed via ECPay; an order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and you'll be notified by email. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders due to stock or force majeure.
配送Delivery
目前僅配送台灣本島（暫不提供離島配送）。訂單滿 NT$2,000 免運，未達門檻依材積計算運費並於結帳時顯示。 We currently deliver to Taiwan's main island only (outlying islands not yet available). Orders over NT$2,000 ship free; below that, shipping is calculated by parcel size and shown at checkout.

健康提醒Health note
Kiara 含咖啡因（約 55mg／罐）。孕婦、孩童及青少年、心臟疾病患者，應避免或減少攝取含咖啡因飲品，建議每日飲用不超過 3 罐。 Kiara contains caffeine (~55mg per can). Pregnant women, children, adolescents and people with heart conditions should avoid or limit caffeine; we recommend no more than 3 cans per day.
準據法Governing law
本條款依中華民國法律解釋與適用，並以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
